Within the first year of operation JLLC "Manuli Gydraulics Manufacturing Bel", commissioned in Orsha on 10.12.2014, produced 2 860 000 meters of high pressure hoses. Every month production volume is increasing.

Today domestic markets are being actively developed. The tests at "‘Minsky Tractor Plant" were a success. Product of "Hoiniksky Hydraulic equipment Plant" (using hoses produced by "Manuli Hydraulics Manufacturing Bel") was approved. This is the second supplier for Minsk Tractor Plant that will use Byelorussian high pressure hose.

   — Our plan is to make sales volume 2,5-3 times higher in domestic market in 2016, —said director of joint Byelorussian-Italian enterprise Andrei Anatolievich Ivanyuk. — I think we will produce 3 millionth meter just in January.

   The company’s forecast is to produce more than 4 mln. meters of high pressure hoses this year. New braiding machine (to be able to produce a hose dia. 25 mm) will be installed in JLLC "Manuli Gydraulics Manufacturing Bel" in 2016, as well as core production line and calender. This will considerably decrease production costs, prime cost of a hose and import-constituent of raw material.

   — This year the priority for our enterprise is to reduce the prime cost of manufactured product, —pointed out A.A.Ivanyuk. — I have to note that in 2015 we obtained certificate of conformity DNV — GL of management system for compliance with ISO 90001, as well as certificates for products as per GOST R, Lloyd Register and OBAC, giving the right to put a safety sign on a product. The plan is to obtain three more certificates in 2016.
