On March 12, 2015 Anatoly M. Russetsky, Deputy Chairman of National Council of the Republic of Belarus, visited OJSC “BSW – management company “BMC” holding” with the working group. He had personal meetings with people on private matters and learnt the modernization progress and further development perspectives of BMZ.

A.M. Russetsky, O.A. Ivantsov, Deputy Chairman of Gomel Region Committee of Deputies, M.V. Kossukov, Chaiman of Zhlobin Region Committee of Deputies, made a tour at BMZ visiting the modernization facilities: CCM-2 in Melting Shop-1, construction of secondary metallurgy,  pipe finishing area-3 in Tube Rolling Shop, new lime kiln № 3, gas-oxygen station under construction, new Rolling Shop.

- It is very important that BMZ doesn’t stop its technological development. For example, having established pipe production, BMZ also implemented the pipe finishing project. Now, the construction of secondary metallurgy is being carried out. It is very good that BMZ started to melt alloy steel grades – it will ensure access to market of automobile and engineering industry. As for the new Bar & Wire rod mill, it is a great perspective for BMZ, because structural steel is always in demand. It is very pleasant to see the serious and systematic changes at BMZ and they will give even better results. I remember the time when BMZ produced 2 million tons of liquid steel per year. The enterprise reached practically 3 million tons for the last five years. I am sure that the enterprise is developing in the right direction, - noted A.M.  Russetsky.

The main goal of the visit of Deputy Chairman of National Council of the Republic of Belarus was his meetings with people on private matters. A.M. Russetsky gave needed explanations and consultations for all people. He charged local authorities with some assignments in some cases.
