UniCredit Bank Austria AG continues to collaborate with BMZ
On January 28, 2015 in Vienna Austrian UniCredit Bank and OJSC «Byelorussian Steel Works – management company «BMC» holding” signed the Agreement to extend the open-end credit line of $35 million.
The collaboration of BMZ with UniCredit Bank Austria AG began in 2009 when the credit agreement of $10 million was signed to finance the procurement of raw materials and goods.
The international reputation of BMZ in business world,first-class borrowers membership and competent activity of management allowed to increase the credit limit till $25 million in 2010 and till $35 million– in 2011.
It should be noted that on January 28, 2015 UniCredit Bank Austrian AG and Byelorussian Steel Works signed the agreements to extend an open-end credit lines for Belmet Handelsgesellschaft mBH (Austria) - the joint ventures and commodity distribution network member of BMZ. These borrowings are used to prefinance the export deals of purchasing the BMZ products.
During the negotiations the parties discussed the results of 2014 and the plans for next years. The management of UniCredit Bank Austrian AG announced the intentions to continue the collaboration with Byelorussian Steel Works in spite of a complicated political, financial and economic situation in the world. There is no doupt that this decision is an important confirmation of BMZ reliability.
