To the end of March, one more segment of market will become accessible for pipe production of RUE “BMZ”. A contract for pipe production of oil assortment for Venezuela was concluded.

From the beginning of pipe production at RUE “BMZ”, 544 pipe sections and four types of pipe function were developed. Nowadays, 50% of output goods are pipes of oil and gas assortment, 35% are pipes for machine building.

In February the plant fulfilled one more contract for 2 thousand tons of casing pipes of several dimension types for oil sector of USA. In spite of this specification demands difficulty, personnel of pipe rolling mill had to provide good level of quality and minimal reject because of defects. During the execution of this contract, the consumer TEJAS CASING LTD refused from the inspection, it says about the confidence of foreigners in the possibility of the plant’s specialists to provide high level of quality. If this contract has good results, the plant will have possibility to supply 5 thousand tons of pipe production to the USA market every month.

There is a development of production technology of hot-rolled seamless pipes from bearing steel ШХ 15 and preparing of pipe rolling from cast billet with the diameter 200mm. All these things say that new production develops increasing a potential and brings profit to the plant
