Sergei Terletski on BSW performance of 9 months
Within nine months of 2022 the plant produced 1,5 mln. tons of steel and practically reached production volumes comparable with before-crisis time. Sergei Terletski gave updates about the plant’s performance, financial-economic situation of BSW, etc. when meeting the team of Melting shop – 1.
— The situation now is rather tense, however, I think, that it is always like this in production. However, no one is going to make allowance for this. Even vice versa, — we set ambitious targets, and our wellbeing depends on them, — noted deputy general director for technology and quality.
Sergei Terletski emphasized that work is underway in all areas. Losses received in the spring of this year are being repaired:
— It is all in our hands. Financial-economic condition of BSW is stable which made it possible to increase the employees’ salary by 5% since October.
