The workers of OJSC “Byelorussian Steel Works —management company of «Byelorussian Metallurgical Company» holding» laid out the alley on October 17, 2017 in honor of 30th anniversary of Belarusian steelcord and output of the BMZ second stage. This day 30 “ball-like” maples were planted in the park “Five Elements” near the Palace of Culture of Metallurgists.

The managers of BMZ, representatives of distribution network and one of the leading Belarusian steelcord customers -  company Continental, veterans of Wire Production, young people and social active members took part in planting.

- At BMZ the tree planting is one of good traditions on the eve  of a symbolic event, and I am sure, that it will be in progress with BMZ history, - noted Anatoli N. Savenok, General Director of  OJSC “Byelorussian Steel Works —management company of «Byelorussian Metallurgical Company» holding».

The Wire Production celebrates its 30th anniversary on November 21, 2017. At present it is represented by three main Steel Plants (№1 - Micord; №2 - Pluscord and №3) and two subsidiary shops (Packing and Drawing Die Shop, Repair Equipment Shop). As for process equipment and continuous innovation process, it is one of the most modern worldwide production of such type. At present the production of more than 100 steel cord constructions, 20 bead wire types, more than 40 hose wire types Ø 0,15 - 0,80 mm and saw wire  was developed since the output of Wire Plants. It should be noted that this product range is constantly expanded and outruns the demands of dynamic market.
