THE WAYS TO INCREASE THE DURABILITY OF CUTTING TOOLS (SINTERED CARBIDE KNIVES) IN THE PRODUCTION OF STEEL FIBER

M. F. NOVIKOV, YU. I. KOZYREVA      One of the ways to increase the strength and reliability of building structures is the use of steel – fibre reinforced concrete. Steel – fibre reinforced concrete has significant advantages over conventional concrete. A high degree of resistance to cracking contributes to an increase in such physical and mechanical parameters as compressive, tensile and bending strength, water resistance, frost resistance, resistance to water and chemical penetration. In steel – fibre reinforced concrete, steel – fibre is used as a reinforcing material, evenly distributed over the volume of concrete. In the process of steel – fibre production, the fiber is cut with carbide knives. The article deals with the issues of increasing the wear resistance of carbide knives used for cutting steel – fibre, and suggests ways to increase the durability of cutting tools. The influence of the quality of tungsten- cobalt hard alloy on the wear resistance of knives is analyzed, and a knife attachment device is developed.

PARTICULARITIES OF METROLOGICAL CONTROL OF NON-CONTACT SYSTEMS FOR MEASURING THE GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONS OF METAL PRODUCTS

O. V. DAINEKO, L. F. KALINOVSKAYA, N. V. BESSEEMONOV     OJSC “BSW–Management Company of the Holding “BMC”, non-contact systems for measuring the outer diameters of products are widely used for measuring geometric dimensions. Diameter measurement systems are used to obtain reliable, true and accurate measurements. The method that provides continuous and non – contact control of these systems is the light -and – dark method of measuring the diameter. To ensure the reliability of the measurement results, the diameter measurement systems must undergo metrological control –calibration. Calibration is carried out according to the developed methodology, which specifies the order of work, requirements for standards, processing of measurement and evaluation results, and registration of calibration results. To assess the extended uncertainty, a mathematical model is created that takes into account all the corrections that affect the result of the assessment, each of which is subjected to a thorough analysis. Calibration of diameter measurement systems allows to evaluate their real deviations in operating conditions, which allows to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measuring the geometric dimensions of metal products at all stages of its production.

ESTIMATION OF THE COST PRICE OF THE ENTERPRISE WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF MODELING CONTRACT POSITIONS

A. V. DAMARAD, V. P. SHCHERBAKOVA     The need to account for cost price occupies an important place in the enterprise management system. One of the important tasks of accounting for cost price is to control the cost of production. The cost price includes the total costs necessary for the enterprise to carry out production and commercial activities related to the production and sale of products, that is, everything that the enterprise costs to produce and sell products. To determine the economic benefits of selling the company’s finished products, it is necessary to know the final cost of the proposed contract. The amount of profit directly depends on the correctness of setting the sales price of products. This article discusses the assessment of the economic effect when modeling various contract positions based on the cost price of the enterprise, which will allow you to quickly solve production issues. The source data is information stored in the SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) system: materials, component lists, component standards, etc. The source data processing and analysis system is SAP BI (Business Intelligence). To display the final result, we use a program designed for working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

INVESTIGATION OF THE NATURE OF DEFECTS ON THE OUTER SURFACE OF HEAT-TREATED SEAMLESS PIPES

O. V. ROZHKOVA       Compliance with the quenching technology ensures a high-quality product with the required properties. Violation of the modes of heating for quenching and cooling during quenching leads to the formation of defects such as soft spots and quenching cracks. The presence of soft spots in the metal is unacceptable due to structural stresses and the difference in mechanical properties between the base metal and the defective areas. To remove soft spots, repeated heat treatment is required. Quenching cracks occur due to internal stresses that exceed the resistance to destruction, due to non-simultaneous transformations and thermal expansion and compression. Products with quenching cracks are the final rejects. The article examines soft spots and thermal cracks on the outer surface of seamless pipes formed during heat treatment. The results of metallographic studies of the microstructure in the defect zone are presented, and the genetic and morphological features of defects are determined and studied. The structural heterogeneity was confirmed by Rockwell hardness measurements. Based on the data obtained, the causes of defects were determined.
